Dawn Debus is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She began her career in advertising with CBS Radio and Clear Channel Outdoor, where she partnered with business owners to grow their revenue through strategic campaigns. She later transitioned into real estate consulting, helping clients expand their portfolios with income-producing properties. This naturally evolved into her current role as a Retirement Income Consultant, where she guides clients in building and managing their complete investment portfolios.
With more than 25 years of customer service experience, Dawn is dedicated to educating her clients so they feel empowered and confident in making informed decisions about retirement planning. She is passionate about helping people fund their financial freedom that will give them the retirement they envision.
Outside of her professional work, Dawn is an avid animal lover and fitness enthusiast. She enjoys yoga, pilates, paddleboarding, snorkeling, boating, and walking her dogs. She is also the founder of Paddle for Pets, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that raises funds to support animal shelters across the U.S.
